Assays for Stem Cells from the Lympho-Hematopoietic System

CAMEO™-4 is a traditional methyl cellulose Colony-Forming Cell (CFC) Differentiation Assay in a miniaturized format. It provides information on the differentiation status and/or potential of primitive and mature stem cells.

CAMEO™-96 is a unique Colony-Forming Cell (CFC) Clonogenic Assay that allows both the proliferation and differentiation status and/or potential of primitive and mature stem cells to be measured on a single cell sample. CAMEO™-96 is the only lympho-hematopoietic clonogenic assay that allows true standardization and validation of the CFC assay.

 

HALO   HALO-96 PREP

HALO®-96 is a methyl cellulose, clonogenic or Suspension Expansion Culture (SEC) proliferation assay for primitive and mature stem cells using a highly sensitive, reliable and reproducible instrument-based, ATP bioluminescence signal detection system.

HALO®-96 PREP is used to measure the proliferation, self-renewal and expansion potential of primitive lympho-hematopoietic stem cells using a two-stage, "priming" and secondary re-plating technology.

All CAMEO™ and HALO® Assays are available for human, non-human primate, sheep, dog, rat and mouse cells and tissues.


Assays for the Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) System

LUMENESC 

LUMENESC™-96 uses the same proven ATP-based bioluminescence signal detection system to measure the proliferation status and/or potential of Mesenchymal Stem Cells from different tissues and species. LUMENESC™-96 also provide the opportunity to manually count colonies derived from the Colony-Forming Unit - Fibroblast (CFU-F) if required. Use LUMENESC™-96 to measure decreased proliferation associated with MSC differentiation into different lineages.

 


 

Assays for Embryonic Stem (ES) Cells, Induced Pluripotential Cells (iPC), Primordial Germ Cells (PGCs) and Stem Cells derived from Primary Explanted Tissues

LumiSTEM  LumiCLONE  LumiSTEM-96 PREP

LumiSTEM™-96 is an instrument-based, ATP bioluminescence assay that can measure the proliferation status and/or potential of adherent or non-adherent stem cells from different tissues using the investigators own culture protocols and methodology. All LumiSTEM™ assays, like HALO® and LUMENESC™ use an external ATP standard and controls to calibrate, standardize and validate the assay using 96-well plates provided.

LumiCLONE is a methyl cellulose-based clonogenic assay for measuring both the proliferation and differentiation of numerous cell types using the investigators own reagents and protocols. Like CAMEO™-96, LumiCLONE is the only assay that provide the capability to measure both proliferation and differentiation using the same sample.

LumiSTEM™-96 PREP is equivalent to HALO®-96 PREP, but for stem cell populations from different tissues, to measure proliferation and self-renewal capacity and expansion potential of different stem cell populations.

All LumiSTEM™ assays are especially useful for embryonic stem cell and induced pluripotent cell maintenance and differentiation capability.
