The highly predictive nature of HALO®, LUMENESC™ and LumiSTEM™ Assay Systems when using fresh, primary target cells To obtain as much information from a single cell sample as possible, assays must have the capability of multiplexing. Multiplexing capability has been built into all HALO®, LUMENESC™ and LumiSTEM™ assay platforms. By increasing the number of replicate wells per data point, HALO®, LUMENESC™ and LumiSTEM™ are converted from from an assay providing information on proliferation status and/or potential to high-content assays that can provide additional information on:

  • cell functionality
  • gene expression
  • intracellular pathways
  • intracellular and membrane phenotype
  • drug interactions

with the added ability to use proteomic or metabolomic procedures.
