Assays for ES, iPS, PGC, Explanted Primary Cells and Cell Line Applications

Assays for Embryonic Stem (ES) Cells, Induced Pluripotent Cells (iPC), Primordial Germ Cells (PGC), Explanted Primary Cells and Cancer Cells and Cells Lines

LumiSTEM™-96

 LumiSTEM

LumiSTEM™-96 is an instrument-based ATP bioluminescence proliferation  / cytotoxicity assay that can be used for numerous cell types employing the user's own reagents and culture methodologies. LumiSTEM™-96 is available for adherent or non-adherent cells and like HALO® and LUMENESC™ is fully standardized against an external ATP standard. All LumiSTEM™ assays can be used for ES, iPCs, PGCs cell lines, primary cancer cells and primary explanted cells from organs and tissues such as gut, skin, eye, testis, ovary, lung, breast, heart, kidney, prostate, bladder, liver and brain.

LumiCLONE-96

LumiCLONE

LumiCLONE-96 is equivalent to CAMEO™-96 in which cells are cultured in a methyl cellulose clonogenic assay. In contrast to CAMEO™-96 however, reagents, growth factors and culture methodologies are provided by the user for their specific cells of interest. LumiCLONE-96 therefore provide the ability to measure both proliferation and differentiation of numerous cell types in the same sample.

LumiSTEM™-96 PREP

LumiSTEM PREP

LumiSTEM™-96 PREP detects proliferation, self-renewal and expansion potential of ES, iPCs, PGCs and stem cells derived from different tissues using a two-step "priming" and secondary re-plating technology. LumiSTEM™-96 PREP compliments HALO®-96 PREP for primitive lympho-hematopoietic stem cells.

LumiSTEM™-384 HT

LumiSTEM HT

LumiSTEM™-384 HT is a high throughput screening cytotoxicity assay. LumiSTEM™-384 HT can be obtained for adherent or non-adherent cells and has been designed for high throughput screening of potential drug candidates and environmental agents. The same cell types can be used with LumiSTEM™-384 HT as will LumiSTEM™-96. When LumiSTEM™-384 HT is combined with HALO®-384 HT and LUMENESC™-384 HT, the HemoGenix® ComparaTOX™ Platform is produced allowing the effects on more than 50 cell types from 14 cell systems to be analyzed and ranked.
