Understanding the mechanism of action of an agent is particular important in toxicity testing. At HemoGenix^®, we have developed methods and assays to detect apoptosis and oxidative DNA damage to help determine mechanism of action. Apoptosis can be detected using our HALO^®, LUMENESC™ and LumiSTEM™ ATP-based bioluminescence assay platforms.
