Mechanism of Action - Apoptosis and Oxidative DNA Damage


Understanding the mechanism of action of an agent is particular important in toxicity testing. At HemoGenix®, we have developed methods and assays to detect apoptosis and oxidative DNA damage to help determine mechanism of action. Apoptosis can be detected using our HALO®, LUMENESC™ and LumiSTEM™ ATP-based bioluminescence assay platforms. Oxidative DNA damage is detected using our OxyFLOW™ Platform that uses flow cytometry.
